Blog Updates

While I'm recovering and not posting as regularly, I wanted to let my new and old readers know I've revamped the blog a bit. I'm a sucker for organization and functionality so as the blog grows, I will continuously adapt to make things flow easier.

👉 If you are new to this blog or you haven't read it yet, start by looking at my About Page, which includes a few of my favorite or more popular posts.

👉 I've also updated the topics at the top of the website so that you can read the posts that show My Journey from EDS diagnosis to open abdominal surgery this past July.

👉 Those that are specifically looking for my experience with the German doctors and recovery, those posts are under the Germany topic that I will continue adding to along with any other surgery tips or advice that might be helpful.

👉 FaithFamily are still the same if you are searching for inspiration in your own life or health journey.

👉 Awareness is new and has all my EDS, POTS, MCAS, vascular compression posts in one spot if you want to learn more yourself or want to share with others to spread awareness. Feel free to share any posts on the website. I've included social media buttons to make this easy at the end of each post.

👉 I enjoy supporting and sharing others' work on here if it's a Youtube video, Insta pictures, or own blog so if I haven't already, feel free to let me know your own personal accounts spreading knowledge and awareness. Speaking of, I have a friend who just started a blog about her own journey with vascular compressions and she's also created a fundraiser that's available until October 6th with proceeds supporting the rare compression foundations and patients trying to get treatment.

👉 I'm beyond excited announce that I'll be revealing a blog logo soon, stay tuned!

👉 As always, I love hearing requests on what you'd like to see on my blog or know more about. For those of you that have given me feedback how posts have helped or inspired you, it is what keeps me wanting to continue to write and share.

Thank you all for following along 🙂
